 Description: Wyoming High Country is a resort option for those who like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the usual summer tourist hot spots. Set at 9000’feet elevation, in the rough and craggy Big Horn Mountains of north-central Wyoming, our guests enjoy spectacular high country scenery, beautiful, clear blue skies, lush open meadows amongst green pine forests, and wildlife right out the front door.
During the summer month’s, we offer our guests unparalleled mountain trail-riding, in the most breath-taking canyons, valleys, and high peaks Wyoming has to offer. We also have some of the finest fishing in the northwest.
Our new Lodge is spacious and bright, looking out upon the meadows of Bald Mountain Creek. Each room has 2 double beds and a private bath. Meals are offered in packages with rooms, and guests enjoy hale and hearty family-style ranch cooking, served both in the Lodge, and outside on the deck.
Log cabins are also offered in our lodging packages, and while a little more rustic, families do enjoy those surroundings. They are furnished with bunk beds, each has a half-bath, and guests are welcome to use the shower house facility.
