 Description: Self catering cottaes for families on our rare breeds farm on the shores of Lochcarron, 2 miles from Plockton. Visiting children can feed or pet the sheep, ponies, donkeys, llamas, goats, rabbits, owls etc whilst their parents enjoy the view from the balcony overlooking the loch. Pine martens often call for scraps in the evening and otters may be seen on the beach. A heron island may be accessed at low tide over the coral strand. We are 10 mins from the Skye bridge, an hour from the sandy beaches of Applecross and 5 mins from the railway station. Come and enjoy the animals, the scenery and the many excellent eating places in the locality or just stay on the farm and enjoy the peace and tranquility.
