 Description: Paul and Carys Roberts warmly welcome their guests to share the comfort and charm of their 400 year - old former water mill. There is a choice of a twin bedroom, a super king size bedded room or a king size bedded room all with en-suite facilities. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and airy, and offer full central heating, remote controlled colour t.v. and video, and beverage making facilities with a small fridge for fresh milk. For guests convenience there are towelling robes, books and magazines, wine glasses, cork screw and chocolates to enjoy. A hearty Welsh breakfast is incorporated in the cost. For this the owners guarantee guests a warm welcome and personal supervision. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal and the owners aim to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible. There is secure off road parking provided for up to five cars within the boundary.
Yr Hen Felin (The Old Mill) at EDERN is situated in a rural setting approximately six and a half miles from the old market town of Pwllheli on the northerly edge of the breathtaking area known as the Lynn Peninsula. Once you have visited the lyn you will then begin to understand why it's been designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
A hearty Welsh breakfast in incorporated in the cost. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal and the owners aim to make your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible.
The popular and pleasant beaches of Nefyn and Morfa Nefyn (it has a slipway for launching boats from it's beach) are nearby and the peaceful hamlet of Porthdinllaen, with a pub set right on the beach is only a leisurely stroll of a field and a half away. Nefyn's scenic, cliff-top golf course is in close proximity.
Local attractions are numerous and varied, and if you enjoy walking, there are coastal, mountain and woodland walks, an excellent activity for both the summer and the winter.
In the vicinity there are several sandy beaches and coves, Lyn is famous for it's family beaches and visitors every year enjoy sunbathing and swimming. Sailing, golf, fishing and pony trekking, are available locally.
