 Description: Berry Park is a splendid Victorian Country house set in six acres of attractive gardens and fields in the beautiful Devon countryside, next to the Cornish border. It is close to the sea, in the unspoiled hamlet of Welcombe. There are two 16th century cottages adjoining the house. The house has been skilfully converted into apartments of various sizes. All have been carefully modernised to provide every comfort, whilst retaining the original Victorian features giving them style and character.
All the accommodation is fully equipped for self-catering but we also have an excellent licensed Restaurant open every evening. We have a Games room and solar heated outdoor Swimming pool . Children love our friendly, tame farm animals and pets. Central heating included in the price
