It is a simple country house but tastefully furnished and well equipped.Outside, are patios with tables, chairs, sun-loungers and poolside barbeque, a cultivated area of garden, and natural land. This villa is suitable for families and couples who will appreciate the tranquillity and wonderful views of the surrounding countryside.
There is also a wide range of activities nearby for all of the family, including all the opportunities offered at the coast (scuba diving, pedalos, fishing, jet-ski etc) a water-park, go-karting, golf and riding. The villa is also conveniently located for visiting the wonderful caves at Nerja, the Alhambra Palace in Granada, the hot springs at Alhama de Granada, the flamingos of Fuente de las Piedras, Ronda, Seville and even Gibraltar where you can go dolphin spotting.
Our prices are very affordable and range from £225 to £575 per week for up to 4 people, (small increase for 5-6), with reductions available for more than one week, long lets out of season and returning guests. |

Casa Benedict is a fairly unusual place to stay as we have a very small friendly complex to include 2 villas that can sleep up to 6 persons with a sofa bed in the lounge, a 2 bed apartment and a 1 bed apartment, allowing family & friends to share whilst retaining individual independence via their own space and using the pool area and gardens as the meeting points to eat and drink together if they so wish.
We offer high security with the property being surrounded by a 2 metre high fence and electronic gate access with every guest receiving a remote control.
Safe bathing with swimming pool and attached children's pool that can be seen from the dining terraces of the villas, enabling supervision whilst parents can relax.
The property also benefits from a Spanish Tourist Board registration something quite rare in this area.
We are set in a semi rural position with 13000 sq metres of land so very peaceful but are only a 5 minute drive to the beaches of Mojacar & Garrucha |

ta Kolina and ta Mananni are two beautiful holiday villas with own private swimming pool located in two of the best villages on the Island of Gozo(Malta). All have ensuite shower/bathrooms and within walking distance to restaurants, mini markets, wine bars etc. Both within a five minute drive to Gozo's largest sandy beach Ramla l Hamra. Excellent for both family holidays and for romantic couples who would like to relax and unwind. Subacqua diving is also very well catered for with lots of PADI schools dotting the Island. April to September is Festa season with fireworks and lively celebrations by every different village every week end! Still Gozo is just a 25 minute ferry trip away from Mainland Malta. Local wine and olive oils are now wide produced with wine festivals being organised frequently giving visitors chance to sample all.
Eating out is good value for money with local fare of top quality ranging from local type of pizza called ftira to fresh fish, meats and pasta.
