We cater for all needs and breakfast is served in the guest’s own dining room with views over the gardens and orchard. Rooms are en-suite with bath and shower, tea and coffee facilities, spacious with lovely views. There is plenty of secure parking with the added facilities for trailers. Westpoint Arena is only 4 minutes drive, or can be walked through our fields. Exeter Airport is only 15 minutes away, making Kiddicott Farm a perfect place to stay before catching the morning flights. The cathedral city of Exeter is only 15 minutes to the centre. Topsham situated on the beautiful Exe Estuary is only 10 minutes away. Beaches in Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth are about 20 minutes.
Kiddicott Farm is situated in a perfect location for accessing the City and surrounding districts for business purposes, but also an ideal base for those wishing to experience and visit the area whilst on holiday or just as a stopover en-route.

Bed and breakfast in Cambridgeshire. A warm welcome awaits visitors to our farmhouse. Set in peaceful rural surroundings, the house has lovely views over the countryside. The farmhouse was built in the 1850’s of local bricks, and retains many of its original features while providing modern comforts. All the well equipped bedrooms are ensuite with colour TV and tea/coffee facilities. Former servant’s rooms have been converted to provide a bedroom with its own entrance via a spiral staircase. Another of the rooms is on the ground floor and has its own separate entrance. Full cooked breakfast is available with home produced honey.
