Calla Lily Villa is our Luxury Florida Vacation Rental Home with lake front pool terrace with jacuzzi spa and huge lanai only 15 minutes from Disney and situated in the highly sought after
Crescent Lakes community in Kissimmee.
Calla Lily Cove at Crescent Lakes is situated in an enviable location set amid wooded conservation areas and several lakes and it is adjacent to the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve with an abundance of wildlife in and around the area yet it is still only 10 minutes from Highway 192 with all it's major shops and restaurants and 15 minutes from Walt Disney World.
All of the houses on Crescent Lakes are built on really large lots
with big gaps between the neighboring houses so they are not all on top of one another and offer the maximum privacy and seclusion. This is quite unusual compared to most of the properties in the Orlando area.
Our privately owned vacation rental home in Kissimmee was only completed in December 2005. It has a huge private pool terrace on a lake front setting with a lanai and jacuzzi spa.
It is a quality vacation home with lots of space for families to
spread out and with no other houses immediately on top of you. The pool and spa back onto one of the many lakes so it is nice and private for when you just want to relax and take in the sunshine whilst enjoying your Florida vacation.
Our Disney pool home is fully air-conditioned with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it has been beautifully furnished by us personally to a very high standard and includes all the facilities and amenities to make your vacation really special.

Our Villa is situated in the private gated community of Beachwalk Isles which is ideally located between downtown Fort Myrs and the fabulous Gulf Coast beaches around Fort Myers beach. It is finished to a very high standard, providing all the luxury and comfort that you would expect on a Villa holiday. With light airy rooms, vaulted ceilings and is fully air conditioned throughout.
There are two separate living rooms, one a more formal, peaceful, quiet area adjoining the front entrance and the other is a family room with a TV and video equipment with cable TV service. Each area contains two comfortable settees, side tables with reading lamps and coffee table. Each living room in our Beachwalk Villa has a dining area alongside and the family room overlooks the pool.
Our Beachwalk Villa comes complete with “the great American kitchen”. It is fully fitted with new American, large-scale appliances.There is a double sink with waste disposal unit, dishwasher, large oven, microwave, fridge /freezer with icemaker (essential on those warm days and balmy summer evenings), toaster, juicer, electric kettle. There is a separate utility room with large washer and tumble dryer.
The master bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a double bed and built in wardrobes. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both twin bedded rooms and also have built in wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath with a shower over, wash basin and wc.
At the rear of our Beachwalk Villa is our own solar heated pool, perfect for a cooling dip after sunbathing. Relax outdoor on the sun loungers or on the patio furniture provided for your comfort.
The Villa itself is surrounded by its own landscaped and well maintained gardens and is a perfect spot to enjoy the open views over the lake where herons, egrets and osprey can be seen |
